Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, the following policy applies:


1. Refunds

  • Once an assessment or course is purchased and accessed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Refunds may be considered only in case of:

    • Duplicate payment

    • Technical errors resulting in non-delivery of the assessment or report

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase at admin@psycheexperience.com.


2. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the assessment link has been accessed or report generation has begun.

  • For unused purchases, cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of payment.


3. Rescheduling (For Workshops/Seminars)

If you have registered for a live event or seminar:

  • You may request rescheduling up to 48 hours before the event.

  • Refunds are not available for no-shows.


4. Delivery of Digital Products

Assessment reports are auto-generated and delivered via email and website within minutes. If you do not receive your report, please check your spam folder or contact support.
